Don E. Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer.

Don has been involved in local tax collection and administrative services for over 40 years. He has also been instrumental in the establishment of professional development groups such as Pennsylvania Earned Income Tax Officer, Administrators and Collectors and Local Income Tax Collectors Association. Don's commitment to professionalism and results oriented approaches have been instrumental in establishing CENTAX as the foremost professional collection medium in the Commonwealth. Don is active in State and Regional affairs and has served as a Trustee of Wilkes University.

Robert J. Villella, President.

Bob has represented CENTAX since 1979 and during this time has focused on developing and refining tax collection and administration programs of CENTAX with specific concentration on programmatic applications expanding tax roll development, tax compliance, as well as, audit and recovery functions. These components are principal factors influencing CENTAX's growth and client base. Bob's municipal government background provides the active and practical experience needed to address client issues. Bob has appeared before the House Finance Committee regarding the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights, has been a guest lecturer for the Local Government Academy, Penn State University - Local Tax Series, as well as other service organizations. Bob has a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL) and is an Adjunct Faculty Representative for Mountain State University. Bob was recently recognized by the DCED by being appointed to the Statewide ACT 32 Advisory Committee.

Jay Molluso, Esq., Corporate Counsel.

Jay has been with CENTAX since August 1, 2005. Prior to that date, he was employed for twenty-five (25) years as a Senior Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General's Financial Enforcement Section. This Section collects delinquent taxes owed to the State. Jay, the individual most responsible for the creation of this Section as it exists today, was a pioneer in the aggressive collection of Pennsylvania Revenue taxes. He devised a Priority Collection Program that, among other remedies, combined media coverage with creative and decisive enforcement techniques, which compelled delinquent taxpayers to pursue settlement. His expertise brings a higher level of collection enforcement to our organization. He is a graduate of Hamilton College and Temple University Law School and has recently been appointed to a DCED ACT 32 Advisory Subcommittee. Jay is also a member of the PASBO ACT 32 Stakeholders Committee and an Allegheny Tax Society member.

Michael Hill, Vice President.
Mike earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and has been in every facet of operations with CENTAX since 1992. Mike heads up our Tax Compliance and Audit team. Through Mike's individual efforts he has literally identified and recovered MILLIONS of TAX DOLLARS our competitors have left on the table. This team focuses on employer compliance, identifying differences in reported taxable income to the state, as well as individual audits. Mike mobilizes the efforts of appropriate staff to facilitate collections from even the toughest delinquents. Mike is a frequent guest lecturer on the issue of local taxes with various local CPA organizations. Mike is also a delegate of the Delaware County TCC, a member of the DCED ACT 32 Advisory Subcommittee, and the PASBO ACT 32 Stakeholders Committee.

Linda Randig, Corporate Treasurer.
Linda has been with CENTAX for over 20 years, starting her career with the organizaton in 1989. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Linda is responsible for all bookkeeping activity, which includes timely and accurate distributions to CENTAX and DWA clients. She is also responsible for all corporate accounting functions. She has a staff of 12 professionals who are dedicated to quality standards and meeting the requirements of client contracts. Linda's dedication to serving our clients and our local offices is unmatched and her committment to the organization has served as a tremendous asset.

Jeff Hinch, Director of Information Technology.

Jeff started his career with CENTAX in 1990 and is celebrating his 20th year with the organization. He is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology and Data Management. Jeff oversees all application development, database management, operations, and production related to data collection, management and reporting. He manages a staff of 45 IT professionals. He has designed a multitude of applications contributing to process automation. Jeff has led the initiatives by CENTAX to invest in technology that has allowed us to broaden our scope of offerings to clients, employers and individual taxpayers.
