Each Centax office has access to our state-of-the-art Oracle®
database computer system. This network provides our offices with tax
records and information regarding the millions of individuals and
businesses who pay taxes to the municipal governments and school districts
we serve, including revenue receipts, results of collection efforts, and
complete tax rolls for your area. In addition,
our systems automatically generate the tax forms and reminders needed to
keep collections current--before they become delinquent. And as part of
your tax management team, we use our computer programming facilities to
design reports specifically to your requirements, allowing you to better
analyze tax revenues, collection results, and cash flows. Most important
of all, our main computer system operates in tandem with the systems in our
offices, to provide safeguards for maintaining accuracy and security.
Duplicate records are stored in both locations, and all data files are
backed up on a daily basis to prevent against lost records and information.
