CENTAX provides taxpayers with a variety of tax filing and payment alternatives which we have itemized below. If what you are looking for is not listed, and you can not find it on any of the other pages in this site, please call, email, or visit your local office for assistance.
The documents offered below are intended to assist you, the individual taxpayer, in filing your taxes as well as becoming knowledgable about the tax laws and rules and regulations set forth by your local authorities and the Commomwealth of Pennsylvania.
CENTAX offers three means of filing EIT Final Tax Returns.
1. Electronic Filing. To file electronically click the button.
2. Fillable Self Calculating Form. The fillable self calculating format allows you to click on the MAP of Pennsylvania, select the county in which you reside, and then the school district and municipality. The correct tax rate and political subdivision information will automatically be printed on the fillable form. You will type the information requested on each applicable line and the tax due will be calculated. Print out the form and mail or pay direct to the CENTAX office serving your community. If no tax is due or you are due a refund, please forward your return to the location shown on our FAQ page. Click HERE to access the MAP.
3. A Blank Printable Form. The blank printable form must be printed and filled in manually by you. It is not prepopulated with any data or rates. It does not calculate the tax due. Once you have completed the form you need to mail the return to us to file.
